Bingo, the man asks each angel which way the other angel would send him if he wanted to go through the door that leads to Heaven. Then he would choose the other door and thus be on his way to Heaven.

Example:

If he asked the angel, who was really a demon in disguise, which door the other angel would send him through then the demon would lie and say the other angel would tell him to go through the door that actually leads to Hell.

Upon asking the exact same question to the other angel, who in this case would be the real angel, he would tell the truth and say the other angel would tell him to go through the door that actually leads to Hell.

Since both angels would have pointed him to the door that leads to Hell the man would simply choose the other door which through logic he now knows actually leads to Heaven.
