I realised as soon as I'd turned off the computer yesterday that I had not explained enough - (a) I have this site set for white on black, so although I cannot actually read the words, I can perceive wheretthe quote boxes are and where the response text is, and (b) the accessibility of the software does include a choice for the amount of punctuation, but I can assure you that the only way is to have minimum punctuation, otherwise the voice keep on saying, comma, left bracket, apostrophe, etc would cause the teeth to be set on edge!!Quote
This should be built into the software at the design stage. No real reason for it not to be. So much talk of accessibility, and how much works?
What works best for the voice in such a context as this?
