Why exactly is tax protest a conspiracy theory? While not all tax arguments are valid, there is clear and provable holes in the law.

The fact that no modern court will entertain them, with an open mind, does not prove the argument invalid. It does show the courts are unwilling to take on the challenge of addressing what is, at it's core, a constitutional issue.

The courts have abrogated their duty to the constitutional foundation of law in favor of the system that feeds them. That is not an opinion of conspiracy it is a demonstrable issue within the court system in all cases involving an individuals grievance against the system.

The fact that the court system is paid from the same system that is being questioned, I'm sure, has no bearing on their unwillingness.
