Remote Viewing of Target:

Relax with outside sounds turned off like radios, telephones and any other extraneous noises; try to confine yourself in a silent comfortable place.

Breath out and in each nostril one at a time and massage the body to induce meditation; the nostril breathing technique is essential.

Then write down target coordinates!

Picture Target!

I'm a spiritual being able to enter subspace conciseness to find out any information I desire.

Contact target with positive care for informational gain as not to hurt the target using the 3rd eye and the universal mind.

Probe target while closing eyes; you may see lights in the 3rd eye and pass into another dimension like the astral plane on your journey to the universal mind.

Ask questions within the minds eye in a relax state!

Record ideograms, symbols and thoughts later from the telepathic viewing.
