People DO want that. But it's not so easy to provide that focus that brings people together in a joyful, loving way. When one person--in this case Smarty--can have such an effect on the consciousness, that is true magic, and magic is psychic. You get 1000 shamans and magicians to work for a month, and they wouldn't have this effect... It doesn't matter if Smarty is conscious of it--though I'm picking up quite a lot of consciousness from Smarty--only the result matters. Love doesn't care who brings it, only that it's brought.
