That is an interesting little gizzmo! And I write this with a crick in me ole neck from trying to study the linked pic in an upright position :) with it standing on the 3 rockets ? or pedestals? instead of laying down as shown.

Upright it strikes me as being a deity symbol perhaps. Course symbolic of what beats me. Looks like there are some ram horns on the ole fella. And, bless his pointed little head, looks sort of like a nome.

Got my curiosity up and like Guy, I'd enjoy reading any more info related to it.
