Police surveillance videos show that people who intend to commit crimes have a different "walk". Their walks are characterized as being very direct and purposeful ie they walk in a straight line towards their intended target whereas normal human gait is more irregular in direction.

The other interesting thing is that they do not swing their arms.

Did this guy demonstrate any of these characteristics?
