Dealing with hypotheticals is nearly always problematic. I have no solutions for them. I make no presumptions, either, regarding spatial beings, as I call them, on what to expect as they are not all the same. They are who they are without any imaginations of mine. Probably why multiple experiences with them remain engrained in me from childhood on.
There was a time, 1960’s, I thought it common place for these spatial beings and their crafts until discovering an imposed ignominy upon other people who disclosed their encounters.
During those early years TV programs like “Star Trek,” “Lost in Space,” “The Day the Earth Stood Still,” (a favourite) and especially, “Invaders” which made an individual out to be a nutter after he reported his saucer-alien encounter to police, along with real McCoy stuff, all made deep impressions on one’s psyche. Those multiple perspectives and interactions gave a broader picture of activities. I would add, some real usable experience toward the next.
In the short series, Invaders, for instance, were portrayed humanoid characters with a nefarious agenda and a murderous regularity following script. As a child it had an impact on my maintaining silence about continued contact for decades until recently because of how the main character, David Vincent, was treated by authority figures late into the serials. I saw actual accounts of people being harshly treated like the character that were not fiction nearly mirroring some of the scripts.
I’ve had time to assimilate and accumulate data, responses, objective data, and actionable experience as well as spontaneous experiences which has yielded a different perspective from mainstream, a dirty word these days, and reckoning of this phenomenon. There is a plentiful assortment of goals and agendas, too. In any case, I’m no expert in these matters.
How you’ll be judged or what response you generate I wouldn’t know. If you choose to disclose expect a potential session of ridicule or the ole-silent-fisheye, even if it doesn’t occur. If other folks want proof let them get their own since they think they know what it is to recognize it as they’ll have to take up their request with they who can provide that specific first hand proof they desire. There’s no instruction manual on how to interact or react if initially it’s a primeval-shock reaction one first under goes, either. Preparation for an encounter and actual encounter are literally worlds apart. Careful what you ask for.
