First off, I have never heard of such regulations regarding secrets disclosing UFO contact by a citizen 1211***. So you admit we are not alone and that's as far as you can go;
No, it’s not about disclosure; it was about deliberately initiating contact under the pretense of officially representing the United States and its citizenry. . . . I said the following::
I learned of official regulations, instructions, and laws forbidding a citizen (or active duty military member) to initiate contact with the others on behalf of the Nation’s citizenry as a human representative – one of the rules 1211.*** or something similar as it was the civilian version . . .
Unless one is a duly elected official who’s been tasked to do so, initiate contact on behave of the people of the US or represent the country in that capacity, it was illegal in the 1980’s last I knew. I only remember part of the regulation or instruction 1211.*** where the monetary fine was mentioned. As I recall I was surprised to see a monetary fine and jail time mentioned. One, if found guilty in a court of law, could face jail time and / or hefty monetary fine.
So you admit we are not alone and that's as far as you can go;
Yes, that’s as far as I choose to elaborate on any public forum including this one. I stand firm on what I disclose. I make no apologies toward revealing scant information in these sensitive matters as I haven't anything to prove. I must assume you do not understand the seriousness of the matter for those who act outside their scope of authority. I choose not to. ALL US military members represent the United States in a limited capacity when in uniform. As well as out of uniform.
When referring to the others, they who appear non-human by a human biased perception, I prefer spatial beings because of their unique use of energy, matter, and space they are apparent. They do not do my bidding to prove my credibility that they are nor do they have to. . . Thanks for your interest
