Well...communication with our own is hard enough. How are we going to communicate with beings so different and so much more technologically advanced than we are?

I’m not so sure anymore that “technologically advanced” is the correct explicative phrase to use . . . From most accounts, though . . . definitely different to the point of singularly unique. . .

I suspect that there is some form of exchange already, but suspicion is not evidence and ignorance for how to do so is lopsided to the unknown at present. Trying to work out and collect data or observations to support a tentative hypothesis, as well as user process, let’s say, is not easy as well as sporadic.

I started with several questions, anyway, a while back:: :

What is the experience one traverses, endures, and attempts to express or understand? Can one name criteria for accomplishing otherwise linear mode expression by addressing the six interrogatories How? Where? When? What? Why? Who? As a single group simultaneously? In parallel, not the usual serial mode – One after the other after the other way of using questions to solicit information (data, if Artificial Intelligence (AI)), knowledge, and examples of successful communication transmissions otherwise taken into the brain by the traditional sensory apparatuses from the serial mode form.

Does an illustration or painting or sculpture or rock carving address or portray quantitative information that contains all six interrogatories simultaneously with a definable quantity that can be parsed into the six interrogatories if interpreted into linear form? What of an acoustical event? Can an oscillating wave type pattern measure a frequency range if it were to be transferred onto a cathode ray tube (CRT). Granted, a bit dated. . . If there’s an intermediary form of communication is it recognized strictly as visual, acoustical, tactile, odiferous, or inclusive of the non-traditional senses as distinguished from the traditional five Aristotelian senses? How unaware are folks of the aging effects upon them throughout their corporeal lives? Is there one group or multiple groups of the senses to consider? Aging effects tend to sneak up on most folks as an insidious outsider suddenly apparent with very different outcomes. The advantage might be a retained sequence of experiences in memory. How do Wernicke's area and Broca's areas of the brain get used for non vocal cord word exchange? What are their roles in the overall communication process?

These are a few of the many questions that seem to have merit so far. At least I think so. Definitely intellectual exercises I’ve conducted over the years, but what’s likely to make solid science is where experiment, experience, and expression meet the three requirements of the scientific process. Science is not the only game in town, either, so to speak, when singular events are noted such as in a group, crowd or where the others are concerned. It has not been convenient in that way.

Then there’s this language conundrum the presumptive explainer, NOT. It’s lengthy, it’s linear, and it’s imprecise, but it is a tool that is used. Seemingly needing constant revision and updates for spontaneous changes it seems to instigate somehow. It’s certainly a major contributor to the Great Debate.

Language seems inadequate by itself as it is imprecise most of the time. I use most of the time because time, as it is feebly understood, hasn’t run out just yet to make an accounting of any history total. At any rate, it certainly raises a few questions with darn few answers – at least none that I recognize, anyway.

Thanks for the link . . . I have an interest in Astrobiology, Physiology, and Biophysics.
