Very intersting piece you sent me. I noticed right away some very similar comparisons to Biblical history.
1.) Could Urartia/Urantia be the "Ur of the Chaldees" where Abram came from described in the Book of Genesis?
2.) I also noticed the reference to the Assyrians attacking the Urartians in 714 BC. This happens to be the exact time when the Assyrians attacked and carried off the Israelites into captivity according to the Bible. Later, the Israelites left the region and moved north and west into Europe over the Caucasus Mountians and some through southern Europe all the way to Spain where the Sons of Eber lived; hence where the "Iberian" Penninsula received its name.....some of the migrants still carrying their tribal names, the Jutes (Judah), Tuatha de Danann or Dannites -Dan (The Danes of Denmark), Saxons (Isaac sons), Sons of Ishachar (Finland) ,etc.
I posted an article recently on the Mysteries board "Evidence: The Guanches of the Canaries are the Founders of Pre-Dynastic Egypt" .Here is a paragraph from the article....
"A measure of support for Dr. Schliemann's "discovery" comes in the form of a long record inscribed on the great Ebony Label found in the tomb of Menes at Abydos, which upon translation told how this "great admiral" and "world emperor" in his old age embarked on "a voyage of exploration with his fleet" to the "Furthest West Sunset Land in the Western Ocean". Unfortunately for the great admiral, it was on this voyage that he met his tragic death. The place-name given in the inscription for this Far Western Island appears to read "Urani," which calls to mind Uranos, the first king of the Titans! [R. Cedric Leonard, [www.atlantisquest.com];
I personally believe this is all connected. What do you think?
