I will read the books. But, do you think Tolkein meant to create the Lord of the Rings as an anologous story of christianity or do you think it just came together that way.

Right now I am reading Robert Jordon's Eye of the World Series and I'm finding this very interesting and I do see the relationship between good and evil and esoteric studies and the power of womanhood and the need for male/female equality & balance. I'm on book 4 of ten.
