Hi all,

Greg Taylor at Phenomena Magazine linked to an article about Dr Barry Beyerstein's attempt to prove as a myth that we use only 10% of our brains. He conducted this study to, of course, disprove theories of higher consciousness and that we can attain these higher levels.

Greg also wisely points out Barry's bias. Yep, he's an active member of CSICOP, as a google search shows.

The thing is, his article doesn't prove or disprove anything and is mere opinion.

It certainly doesn't disprove alternate levels of consciousness ...
