Hi Ananda,

I looked up Runeberg and it appears more than likely he was a creation of Borges, who had a fondness for referencing fictitious scholarship.

I don't think I have a copy of Ficciones, probably checked it out of the library when I read it.

It'll likely be awhile til I get around to getting one. Perhaps someone else here can dialogue on this subject.
