As I've said to you before, I focus on the bad, where necessary, in order to find out how things can be improved. If you focus only on the good, how can you self-improve? How can you find out if you're being misled? You can't because you're only sweeping things under the rug, as we say in english. If you ignore faults, they are still there and until you face up them, they are always going to be a weakness in your foundation.
It also helps to focus on the good, which I do all the time, because by focusing on the good as well, it gives you inner strength to root out the bad and thus you grow and mature.
On the subject of the blood drinking, I don't think de Vere was speaking metaphorically about the blood drinking rituals that goes on in his order. In the article by Edouard de Legionnaire, Edouard de Legionnaire writes that Nicholas de Vere decribes how the Aryan overlords (the Annunaki otherwise known as the Nephilim or Watchers - offspring of demons, according t the Bible), who ruled over mankind in ancient days, had access to menstrual blood and vaginal fluids of the goddesses themselves. These ancestor-gods the Annunaki had endocrine systems that produced large amounts of this and other beneficial substances. De Vere is quoted as as saying:
"These sacred, royal princesses, virgins of High Birth and Pure Blood, at an optimum age would be chosen to act as feeding females." De Vere states that these essences contained such valuable substances as "oxytocin, prolactin, melatonin, seratonin, adenosyne triphosphate, dopamine, telomerase, and retinol."
Nicholas de Vere claims that they use these rituals to conjure up dragon ancestors from another dimension. He says that the participants of these rituals have their bodies taken over by these spirits, who rise from the dead to take possession of the witch's soul:
"Any spirit, including the archangels, conjured by the witch or magician was actually the ancestor of the witch. It was carried in the witch's blood which, the purer it was through the unbroken descent from the Dragons, the stronger would be the return from the ancestors within. In other words, they brought together and spoke or gesticulated a series of mnemonics that would trigger off precontrived, imprinted states of consciousness that acted as doorways into deeper seats of consciousness."
