It's impossible to prove a negative. No one can PROVE Jesus did not exist. Logically, evidence only exists FOR something. The problem for Christianity is that there is no evidence.
Some say that Josephus wrote about Jesus, but this part of Josephus, in the Syriac version, is well known to be a forgery, written by those desperate to provide some evidence that Jesus existed.
The onus is upon those who claim that Jesus existed to prove that he did.
The gospels themselves don't count. They are not historical documents. besides, there are too many contradictions in them to be taken as historical. Do you take the Greek myths as historical documents?
Besides, it should be obvious to any sensible adult that the miracles attributed to Jesus just do not happen. It can be shown that the miracle of turning water into wine is taken from the myth of Dionysus.
