Gene, I too have an ecclectic library of books collected over the years, mostly for the tid-bits -- the gleanings they contained. Afterwards, they're just mementos of a meal or many meals -- or markers, perhaps, of a path already trod in our ceaseless search for cerebral sustenance. Yet later, they become as so much cordwood . . .
