Hello Kees and Maria,
You both appear to have been studing some Castaneda, as his work suggests the same thing.
Points to concider:
"There aren't enough words"
"Rituals are a trap"

Then, allow me to add one; "Idiots of great wisdom may lead humanity astray."

You may wish to add Zarathustra to your original post, as he plays an important part of the "move-to-Christianity", as a whole. It is contended that his followers [Priests] were the "wise-men" who followed the "star" to find Baby Jesus... In keeping with his "visions".
Zarathustra was not an idiot of great wisdom but there were many in the long chain of events from Yahweh to Jesus, if not before Yahweh.
There has never been "enough-words" to define the "truth". Hence, as "Rulers/Leaders" became involved, the idea of "idiots of great wisdom" was born.
With Maria's word "Key", we can see that rituals/symbols became a "tool" used by "rulers" to aquire and sustain control of "the people", regardless of nation or tribe.
In the big picture, religion [any/all] has always been a tool-of-rulers in controlling people. A measure of the success of this "miss-use" of religion lies in the progress/success of economical developement around the globe,,, compared to the progress of "radical" religious movements in direct opposition thereof,,, both/all being victims of the same "ploy".

Simple example: In 40 years in the US, gasoline has gone from 19 cents/gallon to $1.90/gallon. If this continues, we will self-distruct quite soon.

ALL contemporary "idiots of great wisdom" know this and are simply using the same tactics of "religious-manipulation" in order to control things. You will soon see [it is already happening] everything change direction... Hopefully, it will not be too late and will actually "work".

The "root-cause" is that too many nations have taken their people down different paths of "rituals and symbolisms" and those differences must first be reconciled. When, and only when this is completed,,, we can move towards a better world.
The "sky" as a whole is the only thing "everyone" can see and is the absolute best way to create symbols and rituals which would be most useful, whether trying to tell the truth or trying to "control" people. If they were ALL telling the truth, we would not be in the mess we are in today.

"Somewhere in ancient times, man lost this knowledge" [CC]

Does this make sense?
Am I rambling?

Agape, Deano
