In order for the word truth to have any meaning, we have to assume that somewhere there is an absolute Truth - otherwise, whatever we call truth, is merely personal opinion or relative observation dressed up in a noble sounding word!
When you say life is unfair, you are comparing life as we know it, to some sort of ideal (or else the word fair would have no meaning) fairness ie an absolute fairness. In the same way that there is an absolute fairness, there is an absolute truth which stands on it's own regardless of ones own viewpoint.
When you say :
>>I think I have discovered some universal truths
are you referring to absolute truths or rather observed truths?
1) Life is unfair cannot be an absolute truth. If it were, your sentence would be nonsensical, because where do we get our idea of what life should be like in the first place, if not from absolute fairness. If there is no such thing as fairness ( your statement indicates this), then what do you mean by using a word which has no meaning?
2)3.Love is the giving and sharing of our time and energy towards wants and desires.
I disagree, our wants and desires are not always the best things for us.
3)Time and Energy are two of the riches commodities we possess in life
Dunno about this - I don't think we possess either of them.
