While doing some research on a couple of things, I came across a nice little bit of info concerning our fight or flight response.

It seems that a bundle of nerves in our neck, called the Stellate Ganglion, have a great influence on this response, and quite possibly neck injuries may be responsible upon our normal reactions and adjust how we actually respond in certain situations. I guess there is a whole lot of info concerning this on the net, so if anyone might be interested in their own reactions under certain situations which makes one feel as though 'that wasn't me at all in normal conditions', then getting a little understanding of the medical side of it might help.

It sure has opened my eyes a little.

Cheers
