Yes, it is not good that you cannot go out. Last year I got you to buy a mouth organ, but that was not a success. Sorry.

It is storming here today, now we are getting the weather that the mainland has had. I hope only the storms, not the bush fires. Heartbreaking with so many having lost everything, and all the poor burnt animals.
People around the globe are starting to tell their leaders to do something about global warming. Too late? We will find out.
Hey, what about a small treadmill? I have one and it folds up. Alas, the spare room it is in, is too cluttered at the moment for me to use it, but I have high hopes of using it soon.
Would that exercise you a bit? You could listen to some music while using it. I don't like music while doing something else, but many do.
Just a suggestion. It would not give you the fresh air and sunshine of course, but it would be something to do, and you are fit enough for it.
