Re the quote, I suggest that more, deeper, profound are all relative terms defined by the context they are used in. Since people are different, they will use these words all differently. My point is: That’s life! I really don’t see the point in arguing about more, deeper, and profound mean. They mean what they mean to the individual using them. Certainly, we are not always going to agree with another person’s perspectives on things. You say people shouldn’t claim that their experiences are more profound than someone elses. To me, people do that all the time, so debating it is simply an endless project that keeps a person from working on what is meaningful to them.
