One part of his article talks about settling into a river and how the proceedings come after his mind has been subtly manipulated by a healer talking about all kinds of things, and performing a few rituals. He doesn't know he has been set up for a nice experience. He quotes someone: “We cannot hurry the river. We have to move with its current and understand its ways.”
Well, I guess that sums up why I like my river so much...standing in the current up to my waist and swaying against it...and the fish and ducks don't mind me...they just think I am a strange one according to others, and belong right there with them. You have seen my clip where I'm playing with the fish, yes?
Yeah man, go for lots of walks until you find the place that you can dissolve into, and go there often as well as other places...it'll calm you and let you merge into other places where you'll know where and where-not to be a part of. But don't expect anything...that's the worst...just be yourself and listen and see and smell what's around. That will be 'its' invitation as you just let go...and 'it' will beckon your inner self out.
