Ray, the light going through the lens of a camera, just like how our eyes operate, leaving an inverted image that rearranges in the back of our heads as right-side up, are absolutely amazing in and of itself. But the canvas is only as good as the composition within that image. It is just like stealing a fragment of a viable image onto, now, a digital set of pixels on a computer chip.

We are talking about light (how fast does it go?), which is the very mystery of how pure (spectrum) light can form into the very object that the camera is aimed at. Whatever is transmitted to the storage of a camera is an EXACT duplicate of what is captured on the storage area (or the old fashioned film).

Think how, what we normally think of light as "white" can spread out into colors. Yet, the amazing part is that whatever the light is "displaying" to the lens, images of reflection, or of naturally emitted light like stars, can be identically projected to our screens. Our own eyes take the "for-granted" pictures as rather normal. Yet, there is nothing normal about the fact that images are captured in the first place; our eyes included.

I cannot stress the majesty of such a paradigm. What we CAN SEE is one of the most prolific talents of the biological unit, especially in so many creatures. I cannot cease to wonder how this trait can influence quanta which we still don't understand, at best.

Uncreated and Uncreatable...
Which neither space nor time touches.
