Second statement is not correct. Those who lackbelief in any god, or any other non-natural something -or-other, simply wait for those who do to come up with any fact at all about any god, let alone a rational one. They do not have to be materierlists as a concomitant of lacking belief.
The rest of your post seems to be an extended version of the Negative Proof Theory.


"Masters"? They claim to have a method, a scientific method do they? Where is it? Why is it not an established Theory?
