I think that Sinclair developed a research paradigm that still is in use for this kind of research. The problem has been to replicate it with more subject like Mrs. Sinclair. I once knew a scientist named Charly Stromeyer that found a gifted subject that appeared to have special skills--not telepathic but very interesting. I tried to find another subject to test with his approach:
He used an improved version of Sinclair's paradigm.
Anyone who could use this type of prospective approachand find more examples would, IMO, be taken very seriously. For Charly, it almost destroyed his career-despite sterling credenrtials.
