since there appear to be only a half-dozen or so of us reading and posting here, I think I'll form a question and see what happens!
Do you think you are being honest and truthful if and when you say something like - I know this is true because I had this personal experience?
I do not recall many times when such an idea has been accompanied by: 'of course, I know I could be wrong and admit that there is only hearsay or anecdotal evidence '?
One of the advantages of not believing anything supernatural is that I am never writing falsehoods. I am never having to defend a claim or a position which is totally without objective evidence.
Note: I am most definitely not saying you (generalised you) are lying, but if you thinkabout what you say from a disinterested, impartial point of view, can you say with absolute confidence that you are beinghonest?
