I do sometimes. However, I prefer non-fiction. But since the characters in the latter type of books are not really known to me, is there much difference if a character moves you?
It definitely has to do with the style of the writing.

So, audio and Braille does not have the same effect. Interesting. But your reader managed to make it work for you. Interesting too.
