Neurons do NOT touch one another. There is a gap between them. This gap is the "emptiness" that implies the Imagination that comes from "any" source, internally or externally. The gap is not like people holding hands in a circle, for that is touching; a weakness of physical behavior, since people are not yet sophisticated enough to SENSE another person's vibes. The empty space, in the brain, allows and incurs any possible "communication" between neurons, chemically RELAYING ANY CONCEPT of the Free Mind.

Emptiness is as much a part of intelligence as is thought, the interaction of imagination and reality. Both "openness" and scrutiny(biologically formatted) are necessary combinations of attributes, that "openess" and scrutiny MUST PROVIDE for a true, deductible converse of intellectual terms. The mass of revealed thoughts are dependent upon the "empty" realm of consciousness, that which precedes and conceives any NEW THOUGHT. It is imagination interweaving with practical(proven) reality to form an honest thought that "explicates" that NEWLY BORN and FORMED thought.

It is interesting that the "nothing" between neurons allows so very much information to pass through, chemically, to another neuron, and multiply by a great number the assessment of information that is relayed from neuron to neuron. This is a "Field of Dreams" that was impressed upon society some years ago in a movie (1989) intersecting imagination with reality.

On the music album by Nektar, the lyric is sang: "Imagination merged with reality". This was the song "Desolation Valley/Waves" which, again, implies the empty spaces between neurons. "Desolation" means empty expanse. "Waves" mean perpetual motion-the chemicals between neurons. These are examples of coincidence, the subtle correlations between external thoughts (a song) and internal thoughts (an interpretation). The space is evident, also, in the sky.

Really, it is an empty space that allows ANY INFORMATION to be transmitted across two neurons. It is both conception and substantial interaction. While empty space is death to the physical body, the very expanse is the incubation of thought from an astronaut's contemplations.

The next time you have an inspiration, think about how your manifold neurons are emitting and receiving chemical "translations" in your brain. The Mind MUST IMAGINE in order to interpret those chemical exchanges. New information is ever-processing, and we must use our imaginations to understand whatever is occurring to us, in the NOW.

Uncreated and Uncreatable...
Which neither space nor time touches.
