Hi Susan,

ESA uses ariane and vega rockets, they range from smaller rockets to larger (like the Ariane 6), depending on how big or heavy the sattellite is. And yes, that is a lot of rockets used and most are not reusable, but reusable system are being worked on by ESA.

Some countries have their own sattellites and own rocket system to get sattellites into space , but only the bigger countries, USA, Russia, China, Japan, i think Israel too... ?
