How many times do you need to be told? I am far more familiar with the relevant science than you, due to having a relevant degree. Something you obviously lack. I know quasars are just AGNs because that is what they are observed to be. I know they are part of larger galaxies, because they are observed to be. I know that intrinsic redshift is nonsense, because it is shown to be.

And the Chen et al paper you reference is no support whatsoever for intrinsic redshift woo. Did you read it? This idiotic interpretation of a perfectly decent paper shows the lack of knowledge of the people who reference it as support for Arp's woo. To summarise from elsewhere;

1) Observed redshift is proportional to wavelength. The Chen paper has different values for different atoms, and spectral lines!

2) The effect is miniscule, and is nowhere near enough to explain Arp's woo.

3) The effect is pressure and temperature dependent. Arp would require an effect that applies equally to diffuse interstellar gas clouds, as well as extremely dense stars.

4) The effect seen in the Chen experiment shows both line shift and line broadening, and therefore cannot be the cause of cosmological redshifts, as the absence of broadening in those shows the electron density to be low.

The interpretation you've seen comes from the idiot Lyndon Ashmore. He is a clown. If you don't believe me, then email Chen. He'll tell you the same.

And I do not need to entertain any idiocy proposed by unqualified loons who follow electric universe woo.
