No, you are talking absolute nonsense. Of course quasars are connected to galaxies! They are black holes right in the bloody middle of them! They are not connected to any other galaxies. That is what Arp claimed before we knew they were BHs (AGNs). He looked at the sky. He saw a church tower at 10 km. He looked at the photo, and saw a tree, at 500m, very close to the line of sight of the church tower. He concluded that the church tower had been ejected by the tree! It is debunked nonsense, long since.
And I have no idea about intrinsic redshift in the laboratory. It is irrelevant. We see the 'quasars' (i.e. giant elliptical galaxies) being lensed by the galaxies that Arp claimed had ejected them! They are much further away. Game over. Which is why nobody takes it seriously, except a bunch of mythologist cranks. Short of drawing a picture, I don't know how to make this any plainer.
