It does not look like Eros, but like a snowman, so more like asteroid Hartley or Itokawa.

I commented on a NASA youtube that they are not separate objects, the NASA mission guy went on about how it are 2 objects that magically came together to form 1 object, but in space there is no way for objects to come together like that, not absent heat or another actual physical mechanism.
