Unless we accept a new paradigm like GTSM, where any star has a chance to evolve into a life hosting world, where life begins to form from the waterworld phase onwards (or even molecules needed for life in earlier phases). The result from the analysis of UCLA and University of Wisconsin would be confirmation of a GTSM prediction, ie that life goes farther back; from/to previous phases of astron evolution.
There is a misunderstanding from J William Schopf that these findings means life on earth formed quickly, life forming that quick is really unlikely and not needed if GTSM is considered.
You can result my astron classification table and the wolynski-taylor diagram in my new paper > [vixra.org]
It would mean life would form tens of billions of years earlier. This is also really needed since life is very complex (and also a complex subject).
