They have barium mining not far away, but have never introduced any to the site, that I know of.

I believe, that they believe this is something they will allow to continue for as long as they hold the ball. Therefore, much as I don't like saying it, International oversight and actions should be pressed . . .

This is not just about Tepco & Japan, it is about the largest body of water on the planet, and infact the biology of the entire biosphere. As the water interacts broadly.

Anyone could see, they were inept, or not really trying.
Like you give up on the doctor with the sugar pills, I think the International community is within its rights to give up on Tepco, in all graciousness, but brooking no refusal ... this planet is our only home, how can we allow them to pour hot ions into the ocean & the air any longer?

Certainly it would have to be done very carefully, and in the tenor of their society, with great tact, no one should lose face, but someone with more skill and serious backing should be allowed to try their hand for some years.

We are maybe ready to grow up enough to not war on each other, but now we have sabotage or ineptitude in Fuku, and someone playing marryhob with the CA wildfires, and possibly DEW.

ITS LIKE THE POWERFUL ARE DEVOLVING INTO LUNATICS WITH AGENDAS, AND HAVE FORGOTTEN THEIR PLACE AS HELPERS, SHEPHERDS AND PROTECTORS OF HUMANITY ---- ( i. e. That is without walking all over humanity to do what their egos wish, without even a howdydo to the Sheeple).

Power has run and is running amok.

Breath is the courser and
Mind is the rider.
