Thank you for the concern but I do not really feel persecuted, although I do seem to be getting a lot of moderator missed barbs now don't I ? Not to worry. After 35 years and a zillion arguments I have heard it all. From the first book I purchased "Six Seconds in Dallas" to the one I am reading now "Farewell America" the answer for me is obvious. Money killed JFK. Plain and simple. Greed and money.
A lot of people do not look at the whole picture from the 60's. Look how many deaths and assassinations and near misses followed JFK's.
Farewell America is a very interesting book and should be definitely read by any researcher who is doing work on JFK's murder. According to the book Kennedy was despised by almost all the forces in the usa, almost all except THE PEOPLE. He was hated by congress, hated by big business, hated by the oil companies, hated by the mob, hated by the steel industry, hated by the banks, hated by the federal reserve and hated by almost anyone who had a vested interest in raking in mega profits and controlling world coporate affairs. Yet he was almost assured of victory in 1964. Why ? Because the people loved him and that made him way too dangerous. The more he fought the power bokers, the more they hated him and the more the people responded to him. He was no saint to be sure but he did one thing no president has done since, he gave a damn about you and me and our future. It is for this sin he was killed.
