Now you've made me really curious regarding your earlier post about being a former professional back-up singer. It had never occurred to me that you were a woman and in reading your name I had a flash that perhaps you'd been a member of the Northettes, Hatfield and the North's chorus. Checking further I found that none of the three were named Jacqueline. Oh well.

I personally love French culture. Life wouldn't be the same without Satie, Ravel, Messiaen, Vian, Fontaine, Piaf, Surrealism, Pataphysics, Resnai, Fantomas, the Renoirs, Queneau, Perec, Malle, Binoche, Duras, Noiret, Rabelais, Truffaut, Duchamp, Jarry, etc., etc., etc. As well as all the oppositional culture birthed by the days of rage of May '68. Vive!
