<< "Do ya think that Starwars, Star-Trek, Dirk Pitt Novels are also
I'm not familiar with the Dirk Pitt novels, so I can't comment there.
I've seen the "Star Trek and "Star Wars" films but haven't really researched them. I do believe there is a possibilty that "Starwars" and "Star-Trek" are lightly coded though. From discussions I've had on other forums, I gleaned these bits of information:
In "Star Wars", the light savers are representive of the phalluses of opposing magicians, the "rood of light" and Vader regularly strangulates people with "the force." It's not fiction, many magicians believe they have such familiars and the practice is quite widespread, unfortunately.
Luke, while in training continually strains to allow his "spirit trapped in the flesh". The purpose of this is to leave the body thereby granting him occult powers.
Light/dark themes are used all over it. They mention that the "sith" have only two, an apprentice and a master. This could be a rant against certain arabian magicians.
"Star Wars" is a page out of Warrior Zen philosophy. Qui, or Chi, or "The Force" has been a concept of Zen and the Japanese and Chinese military arts since before the days of Ancient Rome.
Takuan wrote about it in his "Unfettered Mind" and practitioners of Tai Chi (a mastery of "Chi" force") has been a part of Ancient Chinese culture since its inception.
The "Jedi" are equivalent to the Samurai, and later, Ronin. If you read the "Book of Five Rings" you shall see that the mentality of the "Jedi" and that of the enlightened Samurai is quite the same and then, of course, there is the lifelong devotion to swordplay.
According to the late William Cooper "Star Trek" has hidden Masonic connections:
"Watch "Star Trek" from the beginning episodes up to the present, and you will begin to realize that it was an indoctrination into the concepts of socialism through subliminal initiation of the youth of the nation. The Captains James T. Kirk (JTK = KTJ) and Christopher Pike are symbolic salutes to the Order of the Knights of the Temple of Jerusalem (JTK), and to the Brotherhoods greatest philosopher and probably its most prolific writer the "Christed" Albert Pike. The Enterprise represents their "great work". "
And I came across this amusing ditty in my travels on the Net:
"In "Star Trek", there is Spock the Vulcan. The "Vulcan" comes from the Volcano God "Vulcanis". The Name for "Church" in Scottish is "Kirk". The Pope's sign of the Benediction with the Fingers seperated is the same as Spock's hand sign. There is a connection. Gene Roddenberry probably wouldn't admit to it though. What about the "Federation". I am suspicious about anything with the Root Word "Federal". The Major propaganda in "Star Trek" is that if we were to go into space at all, we would necessarily be involved in a "unified space exploration effort". I don't know about you, but I would find a nice, cozy, planet of my own, away from the "Federation" and grow some "Spacey" Flowers of some sort with my beautiful Space Chick girlfriend and there would be no "MISSION" , except my own!"
I don't think "Star Trek and "Star Wars" have hidden codes in a big way but there some light occult motifs. These films are really mainly entertainment but I could be wrong!
