Going along with the same subject of the thread which is whether our present forms of government or ideas of governing are adequate to meet possible or probable futures?
Again using population growth as an example should the Western nations intercede or interfere with population growth in other areas of the world? Consider most of the population growth will be in Africa and Asia.
Absent this growth in these area we can basically claim population control. If left uncontrolled we know the possible or probable consequences.
So again should we submit to present beliefs of governing and chance that the worst case scenario won't happen or somehow we can provide the resources for 11 billion or more?
Regardless of consequences control other nations populations for the world good?
