This source provides insight into Cohen's plea deal....[www.cnbc.com]
Quotes from the source....."In a trio of tweets Thursday morning, Trump added that Cohen only admitted guilt to the charges, "of which he probably was not guilty," in order to "embarrass the president and get a much reduced prison sentence.""
"Prosecutors in Cohen's case have said that the payments, which went to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal, were made "in coordination with and at the direction of" Trump."
The second quote is interesting because it raises the question of how is the prosecution defining coordination or direction of? Don't all lawyers operate under the coordination and/or direction of their client? Lawyers are expect to provide legal council and operate under the law. Trump is therefore correct the onus of pleading guilty to the plea deal charges is on Cohen since as a lawyer he is expected to represent and operate under the law regardless of a clients direction.
Unless further evidence arises which support the Campaign Finance charges Trump is spot on that Cohen acted of and for himself.
