According to an insider:
The FBI cannot provide a clean history of revisions for the 302 interview with General Flynn. That's why Judge Emmett Sullivan, who is very tough on unethical prosecutors, had ordered the Special Counsel to disclose exculpatory evidence, which would include these revisions.
This blows Mueller's case against Flynn wide apart.
The FBI has to provide all 302s (Hand Written Records of Interview) to Flynn's lawyers. But they can't.
They don't exist.
Andrew McCabe "revised" Flynn's original 302 and deleted the rest from the records in helping Peter Strzok frame Flynn.
With no chain of evidence, the 302 presented to the court is inadmissible.
That's why Mueller has asked for the delay. So that he can figure out what do about the whole mess.
But it just gets worse.
If the No 2 FBI Agent in the country has falsified the statement of an accused and presented it to the court as prima facie, and the court convicts on this evidence, the questions on everyone's mind will be, "Has McCabe done it before? Have other agents done this before?"
It will be interesting to see where this one leads. But don't expect the MSM to let you know.
