I have a copy of Borland's C++ v4.0 stuffed in a box somewhere, came with one of my computers many years ago... never bothered to learn it. You see when I want someone to program something for me I would generally go to someone with experience and ask them to do it for me (usually in Basic, Fortran, and Turbo Pascal). Do you think the author of these "Phoenician Furnace" claims asked any geologist specializing in weathering of rock outcrops, geohydrology, or the regional geologist of this area for information on this outcrop?
