Scott, as I mentioned earlier, I think there is a very strong correlation that those dots reside on peaks, not valleys, on the masonry "chisel" marks. Therefore, if Vyse did indeed "randomly" apply dots within that cartouche to cover up for a mistake in transferring the dots under the serpent, then we'd expect at least a few of those newly added dots to be located in valleys and not peaks (if Vyse hadn't made a similar observation).
And as I said, if any of those "new" dots do not appear on peaks, those dots may very well be the SMOKING GUN of fraud.
