I presume you mean the Khufu inscription there with the hatched disc? I have seen it many times before. I have seen many other Khufu artifacts with the hatched disc. All this tells us is that the name Khufu (with hatched disc) exists in the archaeological record. No one doubts that. But so does the same glyphs with a blank disc and there is evidence to suggest it is the disc of Re and not the sieve/placenta (Gardiner's Aa1). I have indicated this to you with the cylinder seal in the post below.
BTW here's a cartocuhe that presents both the Ra disc and the placenta. Notice the very small “Kh” disc in the middle of the glyph (#45). Notice how the placenta disc is much smaller than the Ra disc at the top of the cartouche:
PS - Are you aware that Zahi Hawass believes that Khufu changed his name to Raufu during his reign?
