Technically is it not "Khnum-Khufwy" or "Khnemu-Khufwy" (the god Khnum protect me)?
The assumption is this was "Khufu's" full name, but why? Is this based on only what was found in the chambers or is there corroboration elsewhere? Not just other indiscriminate examples but actual context it is referring to Khufu? So, it Khufu's "full name" is actually that of a god then the other pharaoh's, at least those that followed, would have had the same "god-as-full-names"?
