Ah, lol. This is only true if it is Mythology, right? Since it was labelled Mythology, it doesn't add to your argument. You seem to think it's some kind of obvious thing this Mythology is... not real.

Nope. I am just willing to do what you and many other academics aren't willing to do. Take the ancients at their word. Given the anomalies of today surrounding visitation, it's not looking good for the camp that believes these stories were about leprechauns and unicorns.

Silly knee-jerk reaction\thought. DC is pushing the idea that aliens WEREN'T Gods. Have you seen the program? They were flesh and blood aliens, not God, or Gods. How many times do we hear that in the program...? They weren't Gods. They aren't to be worshiped, but rather understood.
Who knows? Maybe you are right, and they were just rambling about rainbows.
