I'm not too sure what you're referring to here, as the Quatuor Coronati Lodge wasn't founded until 1884.

Wiki has an extract from Diodorus Siculus, and the whole text of I:63 appears here, although I couldn't identify the 'artificial stones' passage to which you refer (section 7, or 8, perhaps? I couldn't tell.)
