Hi all it was duly noted by me that the base of G3 was distance of 44 meters which equaled 1732.28 inches. I noted that this was exactly equal to the north-south distance of a vertical line from the north face of G1 to the south face of G3. Having found other interesting dimensions I decided to to an excel spreadsheet on all combination of inches in cubits and inches in meters and meters in cubit. While doing this I noted that 36 cubits equaled EXACTLY the east-west distance at Giza from the east face of G1 to the west face of G3 drawn on a horizontal plane. This distance equaled 36 x 39.37 = 1417.32 inches as compared to Petrie at 1732.35 cubits.
So there we have the Giza grid discovered as 1 unit equals 39.37 cubits.
The question that has to be asked is why does this exactly equal the number of inches in a meter ?
Here are the images that will soon become part of the study at Giza.
and the final image ... for now.
Another co-incidence people ?
I don't think so this time. :)
and interestingly the only places where I can draw the quarter measurements and NOT HIT
part of a pyramid are shown below ...
As you can see the yellow line forms a square 6 units by 6 units.
And Giza as a simple mathematical template
