I don't think it is speculation too much to believe that at the other end of the second shaft in the Queen's Chamber also has a door. It would have been absolutely absurb to have done it on side of the room. I believe that is a given.

You will find that with most speculation in the ancient science that it is usually valid thought there is no physical evidence. All of the evidence is there for the second hidden door to exist. I don't have to see the second door to know it exist.
