Further structures include the subsidiary pyramids. There is also the extension of the base platform around the GP, the retaining wall, and a lesser known entrance temple to the north of the complex.
The Mortuary Temple was made of mainly monolithilic stones. (Quite large) Parts of the causway are directly carved out of the plateau, the remainder being of smaller stones and mud brick.
Don't forget that the people worked on more than just the edifices themselves; there were statues and other paraphenalia needed for furnishing them. There was also the labyrinth of tombs built throughout the Giza plateau and the housing for the workers.
